Ever Lovely is a New Zealand business dedicated to creating beautifully designed storage solutions for blister packs of pills and everyday essentials.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Ever Lovely", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Ever Lovely Limited.

Products

We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.

Because every Ever Lovely Bamboo Pill Compact is crafted from natural bamboo, each compact has its own unique grain, colour and character. These natural variations are part of the beauty of the product and are not considered defects.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions or product availability at any time without notice.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

payment cannot be authorised;
a product becomes unavailable;
an obvious pricing or website error has occurred; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been processed, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our authorised payment providers.

Ever Lovely does not store your credit card or payment details.

Shipping

Shipping costs, delivery information and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined on our Shipping page.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy explains when products may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Product Care

To help keep your Ever Lovely Bamboo Pill Compact looking beautiful:

keep it dry and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture;
avoid excessive heat and humidity;
clean with a soft, dry cloth;
avoid dropping the compact onto hard surfaces.

Normal wear and natural ageing over time are not considered manufacturing faults.

All content on this website—including our product designs, photographs, logos, branding, graphics and written content—is the property of Ever Lovely unless otherwise stated.

Consumer Rights
