We take great care in preparing every Ever Lovely order to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to enjoy or gift.
All Ever Lovely orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.
Pre-Order Shipping
The Ever Lovely Bamboo Pill Compact is currently available for pre-order, with dispatch expected from late October to early November 2026.
We’ll keep you updated by email during September and October, including confirmation of the expected dispatch date as production and shipping progress.
Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are-
- New Zealand: introductory offer of FREE shipping within New Zealand.
- Australia and all other countries: $34 flat rate.
Processing Your Order
For products that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During product launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
